What We're Looking For:
Vacasa is currently seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance activities in the regions, ensuring that preventative maintenance is implemented and working with owners to make home improvements as needed.
Work will be completed remotely from home as well as in the field. Depending on the needs of the region, time will be spent completing maintenance tasks in the area. Managing local maintenance, and reporting on completed maintenance, will be done remotely from home. This is a seasonal position ranging from early June to late September.
What You'll Do:
Complete maintenance projects on vacation homes in the area
Coordinate completion of owner approved maintenance for homes in our entire inventory
Expand local maintenance teams and service provider contacts
Coordinate assignments with third-party service providers
Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment system
Develop and manage on-call network for addressing time-sensitive maintenance issues
Respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs
On-call coverage rotation with other Vacasa employees to address urgent issues
The Skills You'll Need:
Must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience
Self-motivated
Ability to see projects through to completion
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must have a computer able to use for work
Must be willing to use personal vehicle and maintenance related tools
Access to a strong Internet connection
Availability on some weekends and evenings
Compensation:
$15-18/hour DOE
